Pie «Charlotte» with apples – a recipe familiar to all since childhood. It is this dessert that girls begin to prepare when they want to show their thrift and surprise with homemade cakes for tea. All, certainly touched and happy to absorb the delicacy.

Preparation of our extraordinary «Charlotte» start with the cake. For it, you can prepare shortbread dough according to the classic recipe, and you can greatly simplify your life and take shortbread. Scroll it through a meat grinder, or grind in the processor. Large pieces should not be. Mix the mass of cookies with soft butter until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator.

After that, grease the split mold with oil, take small pieces of dough and evenly cover the bottom and form the bumpers. They can be any height to your taste.
